They heard the heavens' chorus, They saw foundations laid, Yet before all that grandeur, God's promise had been made: That though the mountains tremble and the hills be cast away, There is a loving kindness that is never going to stray. I’ve been looking at horizons that have felt so far away, Counting every shadow, waiting for the break of day. But the prophet spoke a promise, and the Spirit says it’s true, That the God of all the glory is coming down to dwell with you.
