Cold Dark Water

Flowing gracefully with razor sharp edges Slicing through landscapes alive and frightened The cold dark water threatens with malice The unknown enemy of all it surprises The strongest element uninvented by man Nothing will stop the power of flow The cold dark water torments with torrents Will drown you in the quickest of seconds Marvel at the forms as it rushes by Tingle at the terror it induces The cold dark water laughs at your gestures It will grab at your futile defence We have lived in the water and lived on the land Built on the water polluted its soul The cold dark water will take its revenge Riding horses as high as the world Nothing will stop it on its quest for totality With waves or the gentlest of streams The cold dark water is all and is one And waiting to reclaim all it owns
